September 9, 2026 - Multiple locations, varied equipment, and diverse security requirements demand a flexible, powerful, and centralized approach. With the launch of Omada Network 6.3, Omada takes network management to a higher level by heavily focusing on simplicity. From now on, users can manage their entire Omada network—whether you have Campus Switches, Wi-Fi 7 Access Points, or VIGI Cameras—from a single place.
One of the biggest changes brought by version 6.3 is the complete integration of regular Omada devices and the high-end Omada Campus portfolio. Where administrators previously had to switch between different management systems for standard and more demanding network environments, version 6.3 now brings all these products together into one central interface.
This central interface is available on every type of Omada controller: the Cloud-Based Controller, On-Premise Hardware Controller (better known as the OC200 and OC300), On-Premise Software Controller, and Omada Fusion. You can see what that looks like in the image below.

There is no wrong choice! Do you place high value on network management happening on-site as much as possible for privacy and security reasons? Then the Hardware or Software On-Premise Controller is the best solution. Is it more important for you to be able to manage the network remotely over long distances? Then there is the Cloud-Based Controller. Both broadly share the same features and can both be used to manage switches, access points, and cameras.
