Through our Network Operation Center (NOC), our qualified Network Engineers can provide remote support for both LAN and WLAN infrastructures.
With our 24/7 support, our Network Engineers detect any network disruptions and can, in most cases, resolve them directly remotely. We also analyze network statistics to prevent potential problems in advance, for example, when capacity limits are being reached.
Our IT team reports on uptime, users, data volume, and the type of traffic on the network. Based on the conclusions in the report, we can also provide advice on any optimization steps to be taken.
If adjustments need to be made to the network, we can perform configuration work from the NOC on behalf of partners. Our Network Engineers provide peace of mind by adjusting the network configuration remotely.
