Shipping & payment information

In the Alcadis warehouse, we maintain a large stock of products. As a result, orders placed before 4:00 PM can often be shipped the same day via PostNL.

Shipping and Handling Costs

For orders placed via the webshop, you always pay €7 per order, regardless of the order value.

For small orders within the Benelux placed via email or phone, we apply the following shipping and handling fees:

• Orders under €250: €15 per delivery address
• Orders between €250 and €500: €10 per delivery address
• Orders between €500 and €1,500: €7 per delivery address
• Orders of €1,500 and above: Free shipping (no shipping and handling fees charged)

Note: These shipping and handling costs do not apply to orders consisting exclusively of services, support, and licenses.

Other Shipping Methods

In addition to standard deliveries via PostNL, we also offer alternative shipping options. For example, it is possible to ship orders abroad, dropship directly to customers, or offer same-day express deliveries. You can request a custom delivery method in consultation with our sales department.
