June 4, 2026 - It has been a while since the R770 was the only Wi-Fi 7 Access Point (AP) from RUCKUS. Almost every month a new AP is added, bringing the total—at the time of writing—to 10 Wi-Fi 7 models. From the R575 to the R370. We previously wrote an article about Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7. This time, we highlight the 3 flagships from RUCKUS: the R575, R670, and R770.
There is no wrong choice with RUCKUS. Whether you choose the R575 or the R770; all RUCKUS Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 models have access to the 6 GHz band and support MLO and Preamble Puncturing. Check our previous article for more information. In short, it comes down to the Access Points being much faster and having a higher range than their Wi-Fi 6 predecessors.
In addition, RUCKUS also has various patented technologies, such as BeamFlex+ and ChannelFly. The former is a smart antenna technology that allows antennas to adjust their signal pattern based on the user's location. This ensures an (even) greater range and less interference. It is not for nothing that ABI Research called RUCKUS one of the most innovative Enterprise WLAN vendors on the market.
