RUTM30: 5G, Wi-Fi 5, eSIM, and 2x Ethernet ports in a router no bigger than a juice box
28 June 2025 - Teltonika Networks proves that "compact" doesn't necessarily mean "less powerful" with their latest 5G router, the RUTM30. This model is only 100 x 30 x 93.8 mm—roughly the size of a small juice box! Despite its small footprint, it packs 4G and 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, 2FF SIM and eSIM support (SGP.22), two Ethernet ports, and much more.
The solution for compact environments
The RUTM30 truly shines in environments where space is at a premium, such as food trucks and advertising displays. By pairing the equally compact PoE+ TSW101 switch with the RUTM30, you can expand the number of available ports. This setup allows you to connect two screens, a payment terminal, a PoS system, and a security camera—all via 5G.
Even in environments with limited 5G coverage, the RUTM30 maintains a stable connection by automatically switching to 4G LTE Cat 19. Built-in support for IPsec, ZeroTier, and L2TP ensures that your connection is fully encrypted, allowing you to work with complete peace of mind.
Also suitable for standalone use
Is there no room for the TSW101? No problem! The RUTM30 can also be used as a standalone device, for instance in a billboard. Simply connect the screen to one of the two Ethernet ports on the RUTM30, and an eSIM will provide a stable 5G connection. Teltonika has detailed this use case on their website. Naturally, the RUTM30 can also be deployed as a backup solution or for office use.
